When we as consumers look to purchase any thing from motor vehicle to caravans, there are many factors involved in coming to terms with finalising our decisions.
One of these factors is "after sales service and assistance".
This is especially important when distance is involved with us being located in Brisbane.
If you are in anyway concerned about a pending purchase from Brunswick Diesels, and or, are thinking about whether to select Brunswick Diesels to upgrade your current vehicle.......Then I can assure you from my first hand knowledge that, Brunswick Diesels is a business that has an enviable reputation based on industry knowledge, integrity and honesty and in my case..... the ultimate in after sales care.
Here is our story in brief :
After making a decision that a "Brunswick Diesels" product was the product we needed, we set about finding the right platform.
Having owned a few 80 series and also 100 series Cruisers, we decided that we were most comfortable with an 80 Series.
Speaking to Greg was a timely call as he had just taken ownership of a 1997 Model 40th Anniversary that was originally a factory Turbo Diesel.
Greg described the vehicle and sent me photo's which was the start of a great relationship.
The deal was done and worked started on having the reconditioned 6.5 with Turbo fitted along with all of the other normal changes that Brunswick Diesels do.
We elected to have a few extra jobs done along the way which were mainly cosmetic.
The vehicle arrived and straight away we enjoyed the smooth extra torque and economy when towing our off-road dual axle caravan.
We did have some minor teething issues along the way which were dealt with through our elected mechanic, who in turn had the discussions with Brunswick Diesels which worked perfectly.
Our big issue came along sometime later....the end result was that the Toyota made a return visit to W.A where Greg
elected to fit a "brand new" motor and Turbo and then send it back to us....all at his own cost...simply outstanding service..... I am still amazed at the lengths that Greg and his team went to, in making sure our
"Brunswick Diesels" customer experience one of the best we have ever had in our lives.
I am happy to endorse this business as a "rare find" in today's modern world, and highly commend the way in which they
conduct themselves in a competitive market.
